4MILE – Terms and Conditions

By commissioning or purchasing a custom paint scheme from 4MILE, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and govern your relationship with 4MILE (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Acceptance of Design and Deal Finality

  • Once a paint scheme has been designed and approved by you, either verbally, via email, through messaging platforms, or any other written confirmation, the deal is considered final.

  • No refunds, cancellations, or alterations will be accepted beyond this point unless explicitly agreed upon by 4MILE in writing.

  • 4MILE reserves the right to charge additional fees for revisions requested after the final approval has been given.

  • Attempting to back out of a deal post-approval is considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in denial of future services.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full as agreed upon before final delivery of any paint scheme files.

  • 4MILE reserves the right to withhold delivery of final assets until payment is fully received.

  • Any chargebacks or payment disputes after final design approval will be considered fraudulent unless due to proven unauthorized transactions.

3. Confidentiality

  • 4MILE respects your privacy. Any personal data, private messages, business strategies, or identifying information shared with us during the course of our work will remain strictly confidential.

  • We do not sell, share, or publicly release client information under any circumstances, unless legally required to do so.

  • Your paint schemes or associated branding will not be posted publicly or used in our portfolio without your explicit permission.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you are granted the rights to use the custom paint scheme for personal or commercial use within iRacing.

  • 4MILE retains the right to the underlying design unless otherwise agreed in writing. Redistribution or resale of the design without our consent is prohibited.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided during initial consultation but may vary based on project complexity and current workload.

  • 4MILE is not liable for any losses incurred due to missed self-imposed or event deadlines unless a specific delivery guarantee was made in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • All designs are provided “as-is.” 4MILE is not responsible for any technical issues caused by user error or changes in iRacing’s system or templates.

  • In no event shall 4MILE be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our designs.

7. Modifications to Terms

  • 4MILE may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.

By proceeding with any transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
